The Macfox X2 is a full-suspension, moped-style electric bicycle perfect for doing wheelies and having fun.

Thanks to a 750-watt, rear-hub motor, the X2 has a top speed of 28 mph. The 48-volt battery gives the bike a range of up to 90 miles, when the optional second battery is attached.

The Macfox X2 rolls on 20-inch wheels that are wrapped in four-inch tires. A twist throttle engages the electric motor while hydraulic disc brakes help stop the bike. Front and rear suspension give the bike a smooth ride and help absorb any bumps.

Like most bikes in its class, the X2 uses a 7-speed Shimano drivetrain, with a single front chainring and 7-speed rear derailleur.

With an aluminum frame, the bike weighs 65 pounds and can hold up to 330 pounds. A moto-style front headlight helps illuminate the road and also provides rider visibility, while a rear taillight also serves as a brake light, setting others know you’re slowing down.

The single-battery configuration of the X2 currently retails for $1,699, while the duo battery version goes for $2,098 at macfoxbike.com. Fenders are also available. The X2 is available in all black or black with tan accents.
