The Engwe L20 2.0 is a folding eBike that rolls on 20-inch wheels and comes in colors like rose pink and sea green.
The L20‘s aluminum frame folds into a compact size that can fit in most car trunks, or simply takes up less storage space.
With a 750-watt rear hub motor that produces peak power of 1,125 watts, the L20 can reach up to 28 mph in pedal assist mode, or 20 mph in throttle-only mode. A 52-volt battery gives the bike a range of up to 68 miles in pedal-assist 1.
An adjustable front suspension fork help dampen bumps and give the bike a smooth ride. The bike’s control screen is mounted at the center of the handlebars and shows relevant ride data such as pedal assist mode, battery charge level, speed and mileage. Instead of an electronic horn, the L20 has a handlebar-mounted bell.
Like with most bikes in its class, the Engwe L20 2.0 ships with a Shimano 1×7 drivetrain and disc brakes. The mechanical disc brakes on the L20 are equipped with 180mm rotors. Front and rear fenders, a front headlight and rear taillight round out the bike’s standard features.
The L20 weighs 68.3 pounds, has a weight limit of 264 pounds and can accommodate riders between 5.4 – 6.2 feet tall. It is available in rose pink, sea green and onyx black color schemes. Pricing is currently set at $799 at engwe-bikes.com.
