Endless Summer Watermelon Ride
September 15 @ 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
The 35th Endless Summer Watermelon Ride, sponsored by the North Florida Bicycle Club and Major Taylor Cycling Club of North Florida rolls out on Sept. 15. With 5 routes, the event is designed for all road cyclists.
Registration includes pre-ride snacks, rest stops stocked with food, water and Gatorade, marked routes, maps, mechanical support, SAGs and a post-ride lunch.
Routes:
- 100-miles – Mighty Melon Century
- 73-miles – Big Melon Metric Century Plus
- 53-miles – Half Melon Half Century
- 30-miles – Le Petit Melon Half Metric Century
- 11-miles-| Tour de Forts Family Fun Ride
A portion of the registration fee supports the Pedaling for Safety Campaign. No additional fundraising is required for this event. Pedaling for Safety’s mission is to promote safety for people who bicycle Florida’s First Coast, with a vision ion zero fatalities or serious injuries from bicycling in the region.
