Hollywood FL Critical Mass – September
September 27 @ 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm
The Hollywood FL Critical Mass is a social, family-friendly ride on the last Friday of every month (Sept. 27) to celebrate and raise awareness for bicycles.
The ride meets at 7:30 pm and rolls out at 8:00 pm from the fountain @ ArtsPark Young Circle, Hollywood FL. The ride is usually 11-13 miles at a speed of 10-12mph.
The ride cruises through the streets and different neighborhoods of Hollywood. Cyclists of all ages, types, and experience levels are welcome. But please keep mind of the pace.
Critical Mass is not a membership organization therefore there is no leadership. Someone usually leads the ride however. Riders are all responsible for thier own safety and for looking out for one another.
Helmets are mandatory for riders 16 years old and under. It is law. Front and Rear Lights are are also law. Please yield to all emergency vehicles and be courteous to motorists and other riders. No drinking of alcohol or any illegal activities during the ride.
